Your hair already knows what it needs.
All that’s left is to pick your line.
Answer two questions and we’ll suggest the line that suits you best.
Tilt your head back, not forward — the bonds hold much longer that way.
Use a wide-tooth comb and start from the ends.
Apply a heat protectant spray before every styling session.
A nourishing mask keeps hair elastic and shiny.
Rain, fog and high humidity, and hair behaves differently: the cuticle lifts, the hair draws water from the air and loses its smoothness. Here are the rules that work in exactly that weather.
How much hair frizzes depends on its porosity: low-porosity hair may barely react to humidity, while medium- and high-porosity hair frizzes the most and holds a style worse. And in this weather, your usual routine at home can sometimes make it worse.

In damp weather, avoid products that lean heavily on moisture but contain few lipids and film-forming ingredients. Excess moisture only adds frizz — the hair pulls in and holds water from the air.
Medium- and high-porosity hair dries out again before the next wash, so a protective coating alone isn’t enough. Moisturise, but in moderation: choose formulas where humectants come together with lipids — they soften the hair and reduce moisture loss. Hydrated hair frizzes less and holds its shape better.
Products with lipids soften the hair, smooth it down and create a protective layer. Apply after a moisturising mask or conditioner and leave it in. Lipids are what lock moisture in, reduce frizz and make hair more manageable.
In high humidity, go for light conditioning and distribute the product gently. If your hair dries out badly, leave more water in it after shampooing. Squeezing too hard damages the hair, adds frizz and takes away smoothness.
In damp weather, moisturising masks only need up to 5 minutes, and for porous hair you can skip the wait entirely — spreading the product evenly along the length is enough. Lipid-focused products stay on for 7–10 minutes, with gentle heat if you like, but no overheating for low-porosity hair. The product starts working as you apply it, so there’s no need to leave a mask on longer.
Apply shampoo, mask and leave-in care evenly along the length and on the ends, paying extra attention to dry sections. Always work around the bonds: no masks, conditioners, oils or leave-in care on the attachment points.
In damp weather, use light hydrating sprays and creams that don’t weigh the hair down. A leave-in oil is a must, especially one with natural oils and lipids. Heavy silicone products, on the other hand, weigh hair down in humidity and flatten the volume.
Humidity makes them bounce back faster anyway. If you want straight hair, talk to your stylist about keratin or another suitable treatment. Using high heat often in damp weather dries the hair out and makes it more brittle.
Even in warm weather, heat protection reduces the impact of moisture and the environment. It creates an invisible barrier, preserves the hair structure, reduces breakage and helps hold smoothness for longer.
Which products you use and how often you wash always depend on your hair’s composition, condition and porosity. A humid climate calls for lighter care, a dry one for richer care. In the heat, protect hair from the sun and hydrate more often; in the cold, switch to more nourishing products and shield hair from wind and dry indoor air — and a compact care kit is a lifesaver when travelling.
