Payment and Refund Terms
How payment works and when a refund is possible.
Payment
Payment is made online by Visa or Mastercard bank card through the Hutko payment service, in hryvnia. The payment is protected by 3D-Secure, and card details are not stored on the site.
Returns of goods
Goods may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they were not used and their presentation, packaging and tags are preserved, with no signs of use or damage (except a manufacturing defect).
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the Seller covers the return shipping. For goods of proper quality, the Buyer pays the shipping.
Refunds for online courses
If access to the course has not yet been granted, the payment can be refunded in full. Once access has been opened, the payment for the course is non-refundable, since the digital content has already been delivered.
How to request
Write to ohmyhairanna@gmail.com or Instagram @ohmyhair_anna, stating the order number. After confirmation we will send the shipping details. Money is refunded to the same card after the goods are received and checked.
