Public Offer
By paying for an order, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
1. General provisions
This document is a public contract (offer) by the Oh! My Hair studio (the ohmyhair.com.ua website, the “Seller”) for the sale of goods and the provision of access to online courses remotely, in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
Payment for an order means the buyer’s full acceptance of the terms of this offer and of the pages “Terms of Service and Delivery” and “Payment and Refund Terms”.
2. Definitions
Seller — the Oh! My Hair studio (ohmyhair.com.ua). Buyer — the person who places an order. Goods — hair care products. Course — an online course in the form of video lessons.
3. Subject of the contract
The Seller hands over the Goods to the Buyer and/or grants access to the Course, and the Buyer pays for and accepts them.
4. Placing an order
An order is placed on the site or via a messenger. The Seller confirms availability and price. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment of payment.
5. Price and payment
Prices are stated in hryvnia. Payment is made online by bank card through the Hutko payment service. Delivery cost is paid separately at the carrier’s rates.
6. Delivery and access to courses
Goods are shipped by “Nova Poshta” or handed over by self-pickup. Access to online courses is granted after payment. See the “Terms of Service and Delivery” page.
7. Returns
Return terms are set out on the “Payment and Refund Terms” page.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
9. Liability
The parties bear liability under the laws of Ukraine. The Seller is not liable for force majeure or for the operation of third-party services.
