Privacy Policy

Effective from 17 September 2026.

1. Who processes your data

Your data is processed by the administration of the ohmyhair.com.ua website (the Oh! My Hair studio).

2. What data we collect

You provide it yourself when you fill in the booking form:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• the service, preferred time and contact method you chose;
• a comment, if you added one.

Collected automatically while you browse: anonymised technical data — device and browser type, approximate region, which pages were opened and how long you spent on them.

We do not collect payment details, copies of documents, or any health information.

3. Why we need it

• to contact you, confirm your appointment time and answer your question;
• to remind you about a booking;
• to understand which pages are useful to visitors and improve the site.

We do not use your data for marketing mailings and we do not sell it to third parties.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”). You give it when you submit the booking form. You may withdraw it at any time — see section 7.

5. Who we share it with

We use services the site could not run without. Each receives only the necessary minimum:

• Netlify — website hosting and form submissions;
• Telegram — the new-request notification goes to the stylist personally;
• Google Analytics — anonymised visit statistics;
• Google Fonts and Google Maps — fonts and the location map.

Data is disclosed to state authorities only upon a justified written request in cases provided for by law.

6. How long we keep it

Booking form data — up to 3 years from your last contact, or until you withdraw consent. Visit statistics are kept in anonymised form for up to 2 months.

7. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you have the right to:

• know what data about you we hold;
• receive a copy of it;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted or withdraw your consent;
• lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

To exercise any of these rights, write to ohmyhairanna@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 calendar days.

8. Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser. We use two kinds:

• necessary — they remember your chosen site language;
• analytics (Google Analytics) — they count visits anonymously, without your name or phone number.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site will keep working.

9. Security

The site runs over secure HTTPS and data is transmitted encrypted. Only the stylist has access to submitted requests.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes apply only to data received after publication.
