Payment, delivery of products and access to online courses.
Payment
Orders are paid online by Visa or Mastercard bank card through the Hutko payment service. Settlements are in hryvnia. Card details are entered on the payment system’s secure page and are not stored on the site.
Delivery of goods
Goods are shipped by “Nova Poshta” across Ukraine (to a branch or parcel locker) or handed over by self-pickup from the studio in Chernihiv. The order is shipped within 1–4 business days after payment. The delivery cost is paid by the recipient at “Nova Poshta” rates.
Access to online courses
An online course is digital content; no physical delivery is required. Access to the video lessons is granted after payment via a link or to the buyer’s email.
